By accessing or using Pickserves ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, patent holders, enquirers, and any other users of the Platform.
Pickserves is a marketplace that facilitates connections between patent holders and businesses interested in licensing, purchasing, or co-developing patented technologies. Pickserves acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between patent holders and enquirers.
Pickserves does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of any patent listing, including claims of patent ownership, validity, or commercial value. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By submitting a listing or enquiry, you represent that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into binding agreements.

The Pickserves name, logo, and all Platform content (design, code, text, and structure) are the intellectual property of Pickserves and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
Patent content submitted by users remains the property of the respective patent holders. Pickserves claims no ownership over listed patents.
Listing a patent on Pickserves is free of charge. A platform commission is applicable upon successful deal closure (i.e. execution of a sale, licensing agreement, or rental arrangement facilitated through Pickserves). Commission terms will be communicated to relevant parties prior to deal closure and processed via Razorpay.
Pickserves provides the Platform on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickserves shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on any listing, failed transactions, or disputes between users.
Pickserves reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the last update is noted at the top of this page.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
