• Patent holders: Name or institution, email address, phone number, state/city, patent details, and any supporting information provided in the listing form.
• Enquirers: Name or company name, email address, phone number, transaction interest, and message content.
• Contact form users: Name, email address, phone number, and message.

We do not collect payment information. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

• To review and publish patent listings on the platform.
• To forward enquiries to the relevant patent holder.
• To respond to contact form messages and support requests.
• To facilitate deal closure and process applicable commissions.
• To maintain platform records and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes or sell your data to third parties.

4. Contact Detail Masking

Patent holder contact details (email, phone, location) are not displayed publicly on the platform. They are visible only to Pickserves administrators and are shared with enquirers only when both parties agree to proceed with a transaction. Enquirer details are shared with patent holders upon submission of an enquiry.

5. Data Storage

All submitted data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Pickserves administrators. We rely on Google's infrastructure for data storage and apply access controls to prevent unauthorised access. Data is not stored on any third-party advertising or analytics platforms.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Pickserves does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics tools. The platform loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may set limited technical cookies as part of their service. We do not use this data for profiling or targeting.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With the patent holder or enquirer as required to facilitate a connection through the platform.
• With Razorpay for the purpose of processing commissions upon deal closure.
• When required by applicable Indian law or a valid legal process.

8. Data Retention

We retain submitted data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required to comply with legal obligations. Patent holders may request removal of their listing and associated data by contacting us through the platform.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
• Withdraw consent for us to process your data (this may affect your ability to use the platform).
