Representation before judicial (Courts) and quasi-judicial forums including but not limited to drafting of documents of appeals, notices etc, filing of case, relevant forms, written submission, evidences etc, following-up on the matter and all other activities relating to the completion of the case
Note:
1. The above charges are excluding taxes.
2. With respect to Litigation and Registration the Professional fee is determined on case to case basis. Hence, a fixed fee in relation to above two service requires understanding of the facts and requirement of the client.
3. The above expense only refers to the professional fee and all other expenses incurred should be reimbursed on cost-to-cost basis including government fees, postal expenses and other allied expenses incurred towards rendition of service. However, no travel expenses cannot be claimed as reimbursement unless specifically agreed by the client prior to such travel.
4. 50% of the fees should be paid at the time of service request and balance will be paid at the time of delivery of service
5. All documents drafted by the professional are eligible for revision up to 3 times free of cost within a period of 1 month or idle period of 2 weeks whichever is later.
6. All monetary transactions should be with Law Vs Law only.
All drafting and review will be completed with 7 days from the receipt of service. In case any documents / details are requested, 7 days from the date of receipt of such documents. In case of absence of documents with the client, the date of communication of such unavailability.
